Meet Your Inspector

Joshua M. Voisin is the founder and lead inspector of Inspect Louisiana, a premier home inspection service in South Louisiana. Born and raised in Houma, Louisiana, Joshua has always had a passion for helping others and a strong work ethic. He spent several years working in the oil field before deciding to start his own business, which would allow him to be home every night with his family.

As a father of two and a devoted husband to his wife Kalyn, Joshua understands the importance of having a safe and comfortable home. He takes pride in his work as a home inspector, and he strives to provide his clients with the information and guidance they need to make informed decisions about their homes or properties.

Joshua is a licensed and certified home inspector with years of experience in the industry. He is committed to providing his clients with high-quality, thorough inspections that give them peace of mind when it comes to their homes. He uses the latest tools and technology to conduct his inspections, including thermal imaging cameras, moisture meters, and digital reporting software.

Above all, Joshua is passionate about helping his clients protect their investments and ensure the safety and comfort of their families. He takes the time to educate his clients about the condition of their homes and provides recommendations for necessary repairs or improvements. When he’s not inspecting homes, Joshua enjoys spending time with his family, deer hunting, bass fishing, and exploring all that Louisiana has to offer.
